Ravi Mittal

He is the founder and CEO of M/s Sion Projects Pvt. Ltd, company behind DesignBuild.Villas. He specializes in luxury homes and hospitality projects. Established in 2006, the company has a process-oriented systems that streamlines the execution of luxury projects. He has an impressive portfolio of some of the most prestigious luxury projects in the country, such as a home on Amrita Shergill Marg and India’s first Ferrari showroom. He has also partnered with some of the leading Indian businessmen and the most eminent international architects (for ex. Bedmar & Shi) and interior designers. With expertise of almost two decades, company can deliver any project with excellence and professionalism.

Dipesh Aneja

Mr. Dipesh is the CFO of the company. He has over five years of experience in working with multinational banks such as Standard Chartered and HSBC before joining Sion Projects Pvt Ltd almost 10 years ago. He has a strong track record of closing out some of the most lucrative deals in the industry with his exceptional people skills, rational thinking, and tenacity.

Neha Singla

Neha Singla is the CTO. She has a master’s degree in computer application and has worked with Siemens, a multinational technology company. She has sound technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), business automation and software management. She is responsible for overseeing the technological aspects of the company and ensuring that the projects are delivered with high quality and efficiency.

Ajay Vohra

Ajay Vohra, B Arch, SPA (1998), New Delhi, is the Chief Design Officer (CDO). He is a seasoned architect with 20 years of versatile experience in delivering over 10 million SqFt space across various segments such as Residential, Corporate and Hospitality. He is a registered member of Council of Architecture, an associate member of Indian Institute of Architects and a fellow member of Institution of Valuers. He has worked with some of the major clients in the industry, such as Yamaha Motors, Cinepolis, Indian Oil Corporation, Asia Resorts, Bharti Airtel & many more.

Ernesto Bedmar

Ernesto Bedmar, an architect born in Argentina, is the founder of Ernesto Bedmar Architects, based in Singapore since its establishment in 2015. Specializing in diverse architectural, conservation, landscape, and interior design projects, our firm has garnered recognition for our innovative approach and meticulous attention to detail.

Among our notable projects is the Amrita Shergil Marg House, undertaken in collaboration with Ernesto Bedmar. This project has been prominently featured across various platforms, including ArchitectureAU and Archello, showcasing our commitment to excellence in design and execution.

Martin Palleros

Martin Palleros, an architect with a degree from Argentina and a master’s degree from the United States, is a truly international figure. With a wealth of experience, he has founded design studios in Singapore, Thailand, and Australia. His global perspective is enriched by an in-depth understanding of various cultural nuances. Martin brings this rich tapestry of experience to every project, ensuring a harmonious blend of diverse influences. His approach is rooted in respect for cultural authenticity and innovation, resulting in designs that resonate on a global scale.

Niels Schoenfelder

Niels Schoenfelder, a renowned architect, leads Mancini Enterprises – a multi-disciplinary design firm established in 2004. Their expertise spans architecture, interiors, furniture, landscapes, and caters to both Indian and international projects. Schoenfelder’s experience in Europe combined with his deep understanding of India allows him to expertly guide ambitious projects, leveraging a team of 28 professionals. Mancini Enterprises thrives on diverse challenges, fostering a unique understanding of building realities and their potential within contemporary architecture. His work has been featured in Architectural Digest India.

Gian Carlos Savian

Gian Carlo Savian, based in Italy, currently serves as the Sales Director at Macrolux and Freelance at DESIGNFORTYEIGHT. With a rich background encompassing key roles at GCS, Mateos Exquisite Lifestyle (India), ITALprojectDESIGN, and Valcucine (North India), GianCarlo brings extensive expertise to the table. He holds a degree from the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) spanning from 1987 to 1991. GianCarlo possesses a diverse skill set including Arredamento, Interior Design, Concept Design and more, making significant contributions to the industry.

Akshay Kaul

Akshay Kaul is the founder of Akshay Kaul and Associates, a consultancy firm that specializes in ecologically sensitive master planning, landscape and sustainable architecture. He has a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse, New York, USA, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy from National Law University, Delhi and WWF India. He has more than 30 years of experience in India and USA, working on diverse and innovative projects that integrate environmental, social, and cultural aspects of design. He has received multiple international and national awards for his projects, such as RAAS Jodhpur, Govardhan Village, and South Asian University. He has also worked with renowned firms such as Peter Walker William Johnson and Partners, and Singer and Hodges, on projects in Asia, Europe and USA. He is passionate about creating sustainable and inclusive spaces that enhance the quality of life and the sense of place for the users and the communities. He is currently a World Bank Group Consultant, an ex-advisor for SURAJ (Rajasthan), and an expert/advisor for J&K.

Nouveau Design Group (NDG) Is a multidisciplinary firm specializing in Architecture, Interior Design and
Planning. The group, which formally started with architectural/interior consultancy work 25 years back, has gone through various phases of the profession and is evolving with each completed endeavor. Our commitment to excellence in design has enabled the firm to create unique and successful solutions, which have received much appreciation and recognition from its clients specifically, as well as the building industry at large. NDG is developing an outstanding presence with its projects spread all across India; in cities and towns including New Delhi, Gurgaon, NOIDA, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Vizag, Mumbai, Goa, Andhra Pradesh & Raipur.
